1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or interacting with the RugZero Protocol ("RugZero", "the Protocol", "we", "us") — including the website, smart contracts, and any associated interfaces — you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Protocol.
2. Nature of the Protocol
RugZero is a fully decentralized, non-custodial, and permissionless smart-contract platform deployed on the Base network. RugZero does not hold user funds, does not act as a broker or exchange, and does not provide investment advice. All transactions are executed peer-to-contract through immutable code.
3. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of decentralized finance protocols, ERC-20 tokens, or related infrastructure is prohibited by applicable law.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this website or within the Protocol constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched on RugZero are highly speculative digital assets and may lose all of their value. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks before interacting with any token or contract.
5. Risks of Use
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to: smart-contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, gas-fee volatility, loss of private keys, irreversible transactions, and total loss of funds. The Protocol is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Protocol for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, fraud, or to launch tokens that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable securities regulations.
7. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RugZero, its contributors, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Protocol.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by general principles of international decentralized commerce. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled through binding arbitration.
